十段功能紐的厚度與功能分別如下
● 0號：4.8mm以上，適合桿麵皮
● 1號~3號：4.8mm~2.5mm適合粗麵條
● 4號：2.5mm~1.9mm，適合製作水煎包皮
● 5號：1.9mm~1.5mm，適合製作小籠包、水餃皮、細麵條
● 6號：1.5mm~1.2mm，適合製作雞蛋麵
● 7號~9號：1.2mm~0.6mm，適合製作做餛飩皮、蛋餅皮
The thickness and function of the ten function buttons are as follows

備註一： 使用完畢切忌用水清洗機器，僅用乾布擦拭附著在製麵機體上的麵粉即可
備註二： 每次使用時，先將麵皮壓扁，輕鋪麵粉，從0號開始一段段往需求厚度調整，避免故障
備註三： 機台上有油層保護。第一次使用時，請用麵皮桿過，吸附掉表面油層後丟棄
